Creativity has always been in my DNA, whether it’s drawing, building, or song-writing. With 20 years of experience in design, I’ve spent my career turning ideas into engaging, useful, and inspiring experiences. From leading retail design as Senior Designer at NAPA for over 12 years to diving into UX at UniGroup, I’ve worked on everything from retail marketing design to UX research and SaaS product design, always with a mix of strategy and a little fun.

At UniGroup, I’ve spent the last three years improving the lead-to-order experience for United and Mayflower agents and customers. My focus has been on building digital tools that make moving less overwhelming and easier to navigate. I design with people in mind first, thinking about their frustrations, what would make their day easier, and how to take stress off their plate. I thrive in collaborative environments, love improving processes, and have a passion for mentoring new designers while also learning from peers who have more experience.

I bring a balance of expertise, empathy, and dad-joke energy to every project because great things happen when people enjoy working together. For me, good design is not just about clean layouts or smooth flows. It is about making someone’s job easier, helping customers feel supported, and creating products that allow people to succeed.
